So a day late, but I am on my mission for today to eat only Michigan products.  To add a bonus to the mission I did my grocery shopping last night at a Michigan owned store, so I give myself a few bonus points.  My usual breakfast is something that I can prepare and eat fast, I would rather spend the extra time sleeping, so keep it simple.  I could have just done the nomral Kelloggs ceral and milk.  But because I am trying to make a small point, I took a little extra time and made scambled eggs and salsa.  I used Cloverleaf Eggs from Farmcrest Foods in Pigeon Mi, topped with a mild chunky salsa by Garden Fresh Gourment in Ferndale, MI.
